Lucas Bolahood – Sales Representative
Born and raised in Durham Region, I can’t think of a better place to call home. I grew up surrounded by a world of real estate, and know the value of investing and building a home. Having invested personally and assisting clients with similar ventures, I’ve seen first-hand the value of home ownership. My goal is to assist you in your journey into real estate ownership, and ease all of the road bumps along the way. I have a little family of my own and live only a few doors apart from my parents and siblings; family is important to me, and I know it is for you too. I am excited about helping you accomplish the goals you set for your family.
I have worked in the hospitality and health care sectors for 10 years. I completed my Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and post-graduate studies in Human Resources. As such, I’ve built foundational problem-solving skills and a strong sense of duty for helping people. Whether you’re a first-time buyer or experienced investor expanding your investment portfolio, I will help make the experience seamless and one that you will always remember.

Emma Nicholson – Client Experience Co-ordinator
Born in the UK and with a background in client services, education and project management in various industries including travel and healthcare, my career has afforded me a wealth of experience helping people through exciting but sometimes stressful journeys in life. My role varies greatly dependant on what is needed. From paperwork, events, social media, and marketing to making sure you experience with us is extraordinary.
